Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026 · Version 2026-08-01

This Cookie Policy explains how B2 Group LLC ("B2 Group", "we", "us", or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company that operates the SentiTrack.ai website and service ("SentiTrack", "the Service") at https://sentitrack.ai, uses cookies, browser localStorage, and similar technologies. It also describes the limited set of such technologies the Service actually relies on and the choices available to you. This Cookie Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1.What This Policy Covers

This Cookie Policy applies to the SentiTrack.ai website and the SentiTrack web application that we operate. It describes the cookies and similar client-side storage technologies that are set when you visit or use the Service, why they are used, and how you can control them.

This document focuses specifically on cookies and similar technologies. For a fuller description of how we collect, use, and disclose personal information — including the email metadata and sentiment scores processed on behalf of our business customers — please see our Privacy Policy. Where this policy and the Privacy Policy address the same subject, the Privacy Policy governs broader data-handling questions.

2.What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are

"Cookies" are small text files that a website or application can place on your device through your web browser. They allow a site to recognize your browser and, in some cases, to remember information about your visit. Cookies may be "session" cookies, which are deleted when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain until they expire or are deleted.

"Similar technologies" include other mechanisms a website can use to store or read information on your device, such as:

  • localStorage and sessionStorage (collectively "web storage") — key/value data stored by the browser for a given website. Unlike cookies, web storage is not automatically transmitted with every network request and is read only by code running on the site that set it.
  • Pixels, tags, and similar identifiers — small files or scripts that can record certain device or usage information. We use Google Tag Manager to load a first-party website-analytics tag (Google Analytics 4) after you opt in, as described below. That tag is delivered from, and reports to, a tagging server we operate on our own domain (s.sentitrack.ai), which then forwards the measurement data to Google; see "Analytics" below. If — and only if — you additionally opt in to the Marketing category, we also load Google's advertising-measurement tag, which tells us whether an advertisement led to a signup; see "Marketing and advertising" below. We do not use pixels, tags, or similar identifiers to build advertising profiles or to track you across unrelated websites.

We refer to all of these collectively as "cookies" in this policy unless we say otherwise.

3.How SentiTrack Uses These Technologies

SentiTrack is a business productivity tool, not an advertising or behavioral-tracking platform. We deliberately keep our use of client-side storage minimal. In particular:

Authentication via browser localStorage (strictly necessary)

When you sign in to the SentiTrack application, the app stores authentication tokens — specifically, your access token and refresh token — in your browser's localStorage. These tokens are what keep you logged in and allow the application to make authenticated requests to our servers on your behalf. This storage is strictly necessary for the Service to function — without it, you could not log in or use the application — so it is always active and is not subject to consent. The same localStorage-based access- and refresh-token mechanism is described in our Privacy Policy.

No cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling

The SentiTrack application — everything behind a login — uses no advertising or cross-site tracking technology of any kind. On our public website, if you opt in to the Marketing category, we use advertising cookies for one narrow purpose only: to tell whether an advertisement we paid for led to a signup. We do not use cookies to build advertising or behavioral profiles, we do not operate remarketing or retargeting campaigns, we do not track you across unrelated websites, and we do not sell personal information. Both non-essential categories are off until you actively turn them on, and each can be turned on or off independently.

4.Categories of Cookies and Storage We Use

The technologies used in connection with the Service fall into the following categories.

1. Strictly necessary (always on)

These are required for the Service to operate and for features you have requested, such as logging in and maintaining a secure session. As described above, SentiTrack uses browser localStorage to hold your access and refresh authentication tokens for this purpose. Strictly necessary storage cannot be switched off through our interface because the Service would not work without it; if you block it in your browser, you may be unable to sign in or use core functions.

2. Functional / preference

These remember choices you make so the Service behaves the way you prefer. For example, the Service stores certain interface preferences — such as whether the navigation sidebar is collapsed or expanded — in your browser's localStorage so your workspace appears the way you left it.

Functional and preference data of this kind is stored in your browser and is used only to improve your experience of the Service. Disabling or clearing it may cause the Service to forget these preferences but will not normally prevent you from using core features. Your cookie-consent choice is itself recorded in your browser's localStorage in this way, so that we do not have to ask you on every visit; clearing your browser storage will cause the consent banner to be shown again.

3. Analytics (set only with your consent)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 ("Google Analytics"), a web-analytics service provided by Google, which we load through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors move through the site — so that we can measure and improve it. These analytics are strictly optional and are not loaded until you actively opt in. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics: no analytics tag, script, or cookie is loaded, and no analytics data is sent to us or to Google, unless and until you choose "Accept." If you decline, or until you decide, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager are not loaded at all.

How analytics requests are routed (server-side tagging). We operate our own tagging server at s.sentitrack.ai — a host on our own domain, running Google's server-side Tag Manager software on the same infrastructure that serves this website (see "International Data Transfers" in our Privacy Policy for where that infrastructure is located). If you have consented, your browser requests the tag container from that host and sends its analytics events to it, instead of contacting Google's servers directly; our tagging server then forwards the measurement data to Google Analytics from our server rather than from your browser. Your browser therefore normally communicates only with our own domain for analytics, which limits the device and network information exposed directly to Google. This does not change what the analytics are used for or add any new purpose: Google still receives, and processes as described below, the measurement data we forward to it. Where our tagging server is unavailable or is not configured to serve a particular request, your browser falls back to loading the tag from Google's own domain (`www.googletagmanager.com`) and that request is made to Google directly.

If you consent, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on the sentitrack.ai domain to measure aggregate usage. Because the analytics requests pass through our own tagging server, some of these cookies may be set by that server (in an HTTP response from `s.sentitrack.ai`) rather than by script in your browser; they serve the same measurement purpose either way, and are set only after you opt in. The main ones are:

  • _ga — distinguishes visitors so that visits can be counted for aggregate statistics; typically stored for up to 2 years.
  • _ga_ followed by a container identifier — used by Google Analytics 4 to persist session state; typically stored for up to 2 years.
  • FPID — a first-party identifier that our tagging server may set in an HTTP response when server-side tagging is used, serving the same visitor-counting purpose as _ga; typically stored for up to 2 years.
  • Google may set a small number of additional analytics cookies of a similar nature; Google's documentation linked below lists the current set.

We have configured these analytics to be privacy-protective: we use Google Consent Mode so that no analytics storage is used before consent, we route measurement through our own tagging server as described above, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising. Information generated about your use of the website is processed by Google as described at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://business.safety.google/privacy/. You can additionally install Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Measurement of conversions ("enhanced conversions"). If — and only if — you have consented to analytics, our website additionally measures a small number of specific actions that complete a business process, so that we can tell which parts of the site actually help visitors: viewing a plan, selecting a plan, starting a checkout, completing a subscription purchase, submitting the contact form, creating an account, running a search, and opening the live demo. For the two actions that identify you to us in any case — completing a purchase and submitting the contact form — the browser also passes the email address (and, where you have entered one in the contact form, the telephone number) you provided to Google Analytics for the sole purpose of matching that conversion to the visit that produced it. Google's tag converts these values into an irreversible cryptographic hash in your browser, before transmission, so the plain address is not sent; Google states that it uses the hashed values only for this matching and does not use them for advertising in a Google Analytics property configured, as ours is, without advertising features. This measurement is never performed if you decline analytics or have not yet decided: the analytics tag is not loaded at all in that case, and no address, number, or conversion event leaves your browser. It is also not performed for any visitor who declines analytics after having previously accepted.

The email address and telephone number used for this purpose are the ones you actively supply to us in the relevant form or at checkout, and they are processed for this measurement purpose only on the basis of the consent you give through the cookie banner. Withdrawing your analytics consent (see "Your Choices and How to Withdraw Consent" below) stops it immediately and for the future. This does not affect our processing of the same contact details for the primary purpose you gave them to us for — responding to your inquiry, or administering your subscription — which is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Marketing and advertising (set only with your consent)

We advertise SentiTrack online. If you opt in to the Marketing category, we use Google's advertising-measurement technology for a single purpose: to establish whether an advertisement you saw or clicked led to a visit, a signup, or a subscription — so that we can stop paying for advertising that does not work. This is called conversion measurement. Like analytics, it is strictly optional and nothing is loaded until you actively opt in: no advertising cookie is written, no advertising tag runs, and no data reaches Google's advertising systems unless and until you choose to enable this category.

When enabled, Google may set the following first-party cookie on the sentitrack.ai domain:

  • _gcl_au — written by Google's conversion-linking tag to remember that a visit originated from a Google advertisement, so that a later signup can be attributed to it; typically stored for up to 90 days.

What we deliberately do not do with this category: we do not run remarketing or retargeting, we do not build advertising audiences or profiles from your behavior, we do not use it to personalize the advertisements you are shown elsewhere, and we do not combine it with the email-sentiment data our customers process through the Service — those are entirely separate systems. Google's ad_personalization signal stays denied unless you enable this category, and while it is denied we additionally instruct Google to redact advertising identifiers (a setting Google calls `ads_data_redaction`) so that a declined visit cannot be joined to an advertisement click at all.

Depending on where you live, enabling this category may amount to "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as some US state privacy laws define that term, even though we use it only for measurement. You control it: leave the Marketing category off, or turn it off later through Manage cookies in the website footer, and no such processing takes place. We do not sell personal information in any jurisdiction. Information generated is processed by Google as described at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://business.safety.google/privacy/.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Manage cookies" control in the website footer, or by clearing this site's storage in your browser. The Analytics and Marketing categories are independent — you may enable either, both, or neither — and withdrawing a consent stops the corresponding collection immediately and for the future. Aside from the strictly necessary and functional storage described above, nothing non-essential runs without an opt-in. If we ever introduce a further non-essential technology, we will request any consent required by applicable law and update this policy before doing so.

5.Third-Party Cookies

Certain features of the Service rely on third parties that may set their own cookies on the pages they host or the content they provide. We do not control these third-party cookies, and they are governed by the relevant third party's own cookie and privacy policies.

Stripe (payments and billing)

We use Stripe, Inc. to process payments and manage subscription billing. When you go through checkout or interact with billing pages hosted or powered by Stripe, Stripe sets its own cookies for purposes such as fraud prevention, security, and the proper functioning of its payment interfaces. These cookies are necessary for Stripe to process payments safely. We never see or store your full card number. For details, see Stripe's privacy and cookie information at https://stripe.com/privacy and https://stripe.com/legal/cookies-policy.

Other connected integrations

If a customer enables optional integrations (for example, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom), those providers' own sign-in or authorization pages may set cookies during the connection or authentication flow. Any such cookies are controlled by the respective provider and are subject to that provider's policies, not ours.

AI sentiment providers are not a cookie flow

A core function of the Service is sending email bodies to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate a sentiment score. This processing happens server-to-server between our systems and the provider's systems; it does not involve cookies or any other technology set on your browser or device. That data flow is governed solely by our Privacy Policy, not by this Cookie Policy.

6.Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies

Consent for non-essential cookies

Strictly necessary storage (including the authentication tokens described above) is always active because the Service cannot function without it, and it is not subject to consent. For non-essential cookies — currently, the Google Analytics cookies described above — we present a cookie banner the first time you visit that lets you accept or decline analytics before any such cookie is set or any data is sent to Google. Your choice is remembered, and you can change or withdraw it at any time through the "Manage cookies" control available in the website footer. We ask you to renew your choice periodically (at least every 13 months). If we introduce further non-essential cookies for which consent is required by applicable law, we will add them to the banner and request your consent before they are set, and update this policy accordingly.

Controlling cookies and storage in your browser

You can also control cookies and web storage directly through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:

  • View, block, or delete cookies and clear localStorage and sessionStorage data;
  • Refuse cookies from specific sites or all sites; and
  • Receive a warning before a cookie is stored.

The exact steps vary by browser; consult your browser's help documentation (for example, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) for instructions. Please note that blocking or deleting the authentication tokens or strictly necessary storage used by SentiTrack will prevent you from logging in or using core features of the Service.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals

The Service does not use cross-site tracking cookies and we do not sell personal information. The website's Analytics and Marketing categories are both non-essential, are loaded only after you opt in, and can be withdrawn at any time through Manage cookies; where enabling Marketing would amount to "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under applicable US state law, declining or withdrawing that category is the opt-out. We honor "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals to the extent required by applicable law. Our authoritative statement on whether we sell or share personal information appears in our Privacy Policy.

7.Relationship to Our Privacy Policy

This Cookie Policy addresses only cookies and similar client-side technologies. How we handle personal information more broadly — including the email metadata, one-way hashes, sentiment scores, and employee attributes that we process on behalf of our business customers, the roles of customer (controller) and B2 Group (processor), our sub-processors, international transfers, and your rights — is described in our Privacy Policy. For company and contact details, see our Imprint.

8.Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in the technologies we use, in our practices, or in applicable law. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date and version below. If we begin using non-essential cookies that require consent, we will obtain that consent as described above before they are set. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, your continued use of the Service after an updated Cookie Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

This Cookie Policy is provided for transparency. Nothing in it expands the warranties, obligations, or liabilities of B2 Group LLC beyond those set out in our Terms of Service, which govern your use of the Service and establish the binding mechanism for changes to our documents, in each case to the maximum extent permitted by law. This Cookie Policy is version 2026-08-01, effective and last updated August 1, 2026.
