Even in the cloud we never store a message body — we score it, then auto-delete the content right away, keep only the result and metadata, and never use your data for anything else. But if you'd rather no content leave your network at all, download SentiTrack Edge, our Docker appliance, and run the scoring on your own server. Only the finished sentiment scores are ever sent to us — which you then explore on your SentiTrack dashboards here.

Frequently asked questions
Does SentiTrack store our employees' emails?
No. SentiTrack scores each message's tone and then discards the content. It never stores message bodies, subjects or attachments — only metadata (sender and recipients, timestamp, direction and a subject hash) and the 1–10 sentiment score.
How does sentiment scoring work?
Every inbound and outbound message is scored 1–10 by AI, where 1–2 is hostile, 5–6 neutral and 9–10 very warm. SentiTrack then aggregates those scores between any two groups of people — individuals, departments, branches, or a team and its customers.
Which AI models can we use?
Each organisation chooses Anthropic Claude, OpenAI or Google Gemini, or the bundled SentiAI engine. You can bring your own API key, and the model only ever sees the single message being scored — nothing is retained afterwards.
What can we connect besides email?
Email, voice and telephony (call, SMS and WhatsApp transcripts), and team chat (Slack, Microsoft Teams and Zoom). Anything else can be pushed through the developer ingest API.
Can we keep all data on our own servers?
Yes. SentiTrack Edge is a self-hosted appliance that scores messages locally on your own infrastructure and pushes only the aggregate scores, so raw content never leaves your network.
Is SentiTrack compliant with GDPR and other privacy laws?
SentiTrack minimises data by never storing message content, and offers per-organisation retention limits and hard delete. Where you choose to track demographic attributes, the DPIA, lawful basis and any employee consent remain your organisation's responsibility under our Terms of Service.
