Spot morale dips and conflict before they cost you people

For HR and People teams: SentiTrack reads the tone of company communication, not the content. See morale trends and interpersonal friction across departments, locations and attributes early — without anyone reading employees' messages.

HR sentiment analytics is the early detection of morale dips and interpersonal conflict from the tone of workplace communication. SentiTrack scores every message 1–10 — hostile to warm — and aggregates it across departments, locations and attributes in a relationship graph and trend lines, while never storing message bodies, subjects or attachments.

The challenge

The warning signs are in the communication you can't read

Resignations, grievances and burnout build for months before they reach your desk — one curt reply, one cold thread, one team quietly disengaging. You can't read everyone's email and chat, and you shouldn't: manual monitoring is invasive, doesn't scale across branches and languages, and creates the exact privacy liability HR exists to prevent.

SentiTrack

A morale signal, not employee surveillance

SentiTrack turns every email, call transcript and chat message into a single 1–10 sentiment score, then aggregates those numbers across your whole organization. You watch how teams and individuals get along over time — and where friction is rising — without anyone reading the actual messages. Tone is scored the way a manager reads it, so a brisk 'Approved.' isn't flagged as a problem.

  • Relationship graph shows people and teams as nodes with sentiment-coloured edges
  • Time Graph trends morale over time, split by department, location or any attribute
  • Alerts flag falling sentiment between two people or teams before it escalates
  • Bodies are scored in memory, then discarded — only the score and metadata remain
How it works

From communication to morale insight in three steps

01
Connect your channels

Add a silent BCC mail-flow rule on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Exchange or MDaemon, and connect voice (Twilio, RingCentral, 3CX) and chat (Slack, Teams, Zoom) via webhooks. No software on employee devices.

02
Every message is scored 1–10

The bundled SentiAI engine — or your own Claude, OpenAI or Gemini key — scores each message's tone in-language and assigns a stable topic. The body is then discarded; only the score, participants, timestamp, direction and a subject hash are written.

03
Morale surfaces on your dashboards

Scores roll up into a relationship graph, trend lines and scheduled PDF reports by department, branch, role, tenure or any attribute you track — so dips and rising friction surface at a glance, and Alerts notify you early.

Why HR teams choose SentiTrack
Catch conflict before escalation

Falling sentiment between two people or teams shows up as a reddening edge in the Net Graph weeks before it reaches a grievance or resignation.

Spot morale dips by team

Time Graph trends sentiment over time and splits by department, location or attribute, so a quietly disengaging team stands out against the rest.

Slice by any attribute

Aggregate tone by department, branch, seniority, tenure, role or any custom employee attribute you track — at any depth of your org hierarchy.

No one reads the messages

Because bodies are never stored, you get the morale signal without the surveillance — and without anything to leak, subpoena or mishandle.

Every language your people use

English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Turkish are scored natively, with Arabic also scored — no per-language setup for global teams.

Early-warning Alerts

Set thresholds so HR is notified the moment a relationship or team trend turns negative, instead of finding out at the exit interview.

Privacy Policy

We score the message, then throw it away

SentiTrack is privacy-first by construction: message bodies are scored in memory and immediately discarded. Your database holds only a 1–10 score and non-content metadata — never the body, subject text or attachments — so there is nothing sensitive to leak, subpoena or mishandle.

  • Zero message bodies retained — only the score and metadata
  • Subjects stored as a hash only, never in plaintext
  • Configurable retention (default 365 days) plus a hard-delete endpoint
  • SentiTrack Edge can score inside your network so content never leaves it (~93.5% as accurate, approximate)

HR sentiment analytics — FAQ

How can HR detect low morale or conflict without reading employees' messages?

SentiTrack scores the tone of each message 1–10 and aggregates those numbers, so HR sees morale trends and rising friction without anyone reading the content. The body is sent to an AI model only to compute the score, then discarded — your database holds only the number, participants, timestamp, direction and a subject hash.

Is employee sentiment tracking legal and GDPR-compliant?

SentiTrack is built to minimize personal-data exposure by never persisting message content — only a 1–10 score and non-content metadata. Because sentiment tied to demographic attributes can be GDPR Article 9 special-category data, the lawful basis, any DPIA and employee consent remain the customer's responsibility under the Terms of Service, as the customer decides what is monitored and whom.

Is SentiTrack employee surveillance?

No. SentiTrack is a tone signal, not surveillance: it never stores message bodies, subjects or attachments, and surfaces aggregate morale and relationship trends rather than individual messages. HR sees that sentiment between two teams is falling — not what anyone wrote — which is the opposite of reading inboxes.

How does SentiTrack help reduce employee turnover?

SentiTrack surfaces falling sentiment early, weeks before it reaches a grievance or resignation, via a relationship graph, trend lines and Alerts. By flagging conflict and morale dips by team and attribute, HR can intervene while the situation is still fixable instead of learning about it at the exit interview.

Can we track morale across departments, locations and demographics?

Yes. SentiTrack aggregates sentiment across departments, branches, roles, tenure and any custom attribute you record, including at any depth of a hierarchical org structure. You can split trends by attribute in the Time Graph and view teams as nodes in the relationship graph — though using demographic attributes carries GDPR responsibilities you own under the ToS.

What's the best employee morale tool for privacy-conscious HR?

SentiTrack is designed for privacy-forward HR teams: it scores tone 1–10 across email, voice and chat, aggregates by department and attribute, and never stores message bodies — a stricter posture than general sentiment tools that retain text. For maximum control, SentiTrack Edge scores entirely inside your network and pushes only the finished scores.
