Your whole org as a living sentiment graph
Every person and team is a node; every relationship is an edge coloured by tone — red for hostile, green for warm, every shade between. Zoom, drag, nest hierarchies into bubbles, and filter by time, direction, topic or attribute.
A communication network graph maps who talks to whom and how the tone lands at every connection. SentiTrack's Net Graph renders each employee or group as a node and each relationship as a sentiment-coloured edge, so interpersonal friction and isolation are visible at a glance instead of buried in spreadsheets.
Org charts show structure, not relationships
The official hierarchy tells you who reports to whom — not who actually collaborates, who's drifting apart, or where a silo is forming. That informal network is where morale and conflict really live, and it's invisible in any HR system.
See the relationships, coloured by how they feel
SentiTrack draws the real communication network from scored messages and colours every edge by sentiment. Patterns that take weeks to notice — a souring manager relationship, an isolated new hire, two departments that never talk warmly — jump out immediately.
- Nodes for people, departments, branches or any attribute group
- Edge colour = average sentiment; thickness = volume
- Nest hierarchies into bubbles and drill down on demand
- Save any view and compare it against a later snapshot
How the graph is built
Every email, call and chat is scored 1–10 across your connected channels — the same engine that powers every SentiTrack view.
Scores between each pair of participants are averaged into a coloured edge, weighted by how much they communicate.
Group by department or attribute, filter by date range, direction or topic, drag nodes, and zoom from company-wide down to a single relationship.
Red edges draw the eye straight to the relationships that need attention.
Sparse or missing connections between teams reveal collaboration gaps the org chart hides.
An isolated node is an early sign someone isn't being brought into the team.
Save a view and revisit it after a reorg, a policy change or a new manager to see the effect.
Collapse the org into bubbles, then expand any group down to individual relationships.
Embed a graph for leadership without giving them dashboard access.
Network graph — FAQ
What does each colour on the graph mean?
Edge colour encodes average sentiment on a 1–10 scale: red around 1–2 (hostile), amber around 5–6 (neutral/transactional) and green around 9–10 (warm). Thickness reflects how much two nodes communicate.
Can I group the graph by department or attribute?
Yes. You can render nodes as individuals or collapse them into any grouping you track — department, branch, role, seniority or any custom attribute — and nest hierarchies into bubbles you can expand on demand.
Does the graph use email content?
No. The graph is built entirely from 1–10 sentiment scores and metadata. Message bodies are never stored, so the graph reveals tone and structure without exposing what anyone wrote.
Can I save and compare graph views?
Yes. Any filtered, grouped and laid-out view can be saved per user, and your drag positions persist — so you can compare the same view before and after a change.
