Every plan includes the SentiAI engine out of the box. No API key, no provider account, no extra AI bill — scoring works the moment your first message arrives.
Open Settings and choose Anthropic Claude, OpenAI or Google Gemini, then paste your API key. It is encrypted per org with Fernet and used for unlimited scoring on the model you select.
Each message body is sent to your chosen engine only to compute a 1–10 score and a stable topic, then discarded. Only the score, participants, timestamp, direction and subject hash are stored.
